Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a marketing project administrator. The responsibilities will include setting up projects and tasks in our Asana project management software, assigning tasks and hours according to established budgets, and unblocking team members to keep projects progressing on time. If you have an upbeat attitude, excellent communication and time management skills, a high degree of tenacity, and consider yourself an Asana experienced user, plus you’re the right cultural fit for our company, then we’re willing to train you. Responsibilities:
- Creating Asana projects and tasks and ensuring that assigned budgets match the invoice
- Managing task budget hours
- Working with our team to capture billable hours for invoicing
- Working with our delivery team members on past-due tasks to understand and take action on blockers by facilitating internal communication
- Manage our encrypted password management platform, testing newly added accounts and unblocking team members who need access to systems to complete their work
- Manage web hosting account, creating new accesses for our development team as needed for projects
- Monthly cycling of repeated tasks in Asana
- Evaluating new Asana features for potential implementation
- Create and manage Zapier zaps as needed for work efficiency
- Create and manage Google Workspace emails, as well as filters within our business emails
- Calendar management and meeting scheduling
- Accept a low volume of “dial 0” calls from our business phone number to your phone during business hours
- Take notes during meetings and assign action items in our Asana project management software.
- Periodic travel booking for our team members

Your communication skills are exceptional in English, spoken and written. You have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience and an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Job Type: Full-time – 30-40 hours per week, depending on your availability.
