You’re trying to create open and ongoing conversations that will enhance your brand and bring those who are interested into your circle.
Social media followers seek instant gratification. When they start a conversation, whether a “like” or a comment, they want it to be a two-way interaction. Similarly, people reach out to groups to find what they’re looking for, and your brand needs to be there. If they complain, they expect a response in less than an hour. Regardless of the interaction, people tend to interact more when they know there is a human behind the brand.
