Diane is a passionate executive business consultant with 30 years of business and financial management experience from Corporate America to Small Business in the U.S., Canada, England, Australia and Latin America.  She has expertise in marketing, corporate planning, product management, CRM, sales, operations, customer service, credit and collections.  A thought leader with the versatility to set a compelling organizational vision and align with performers at all levels to guide execution, she moves easily from high level strategy to operational details.  She is an expert facilitator able to bridge the communication gap between diverse groups to ensure clarity and consensus and has personally facilitated over 100 workshops.  She has a proven track record in financial and cultural turnarounds and has successfully led sales teams to close high 8 figure deals.  She has managed teams up to 300 people and budgets to $20 million.  Diane speaks English, French and Portuguese.

Scott Hashisaki, BASenior Digital Strategist
Scott’s background includes working at GoDaddy, Google and Facebook. Scott has been in Digital Marketing for over 15 years. He has been a keynote speaker at Social Media Examiner and has worked extensively in SEO, Website Design and Creative. Scott leads our digital strategy team and is deeply involved in identifying the right solutions to help our clients to grow. Scott has assisted over 17,000 businesses from startups to large corporations and works consistently to remain ahead of the curve in digital marketing. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Arizona State University.

Pamela is a Project Manager for Social Media, Website Development, and Content Creation projects, managing the completion of tasks and providing administrative support. Pamela has over 24 years of experience, including Social Media Management, Project Management and Infusionsoft. She also has a background in alternative medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
DerekTechnical Operations Manager
Derek is our Technical Operations Manager and oversees our web development and SEO teams. Derek has over 10 years of marketing experience and has built and sold 2 successful digital marketing firms focused on websites and SEO. Derek is Google certified.
StephanieSenior Marketing Consultant
Stephanie began her career in Corporate America, working for brands such as Nestle, PepsiCo and Mars. In 2011 she launched Tennessee’s first cold-pressed juicery where she grew sales to over $1.5MM over 3 years, sold the business and remained on for a year to consult with the new owners on the transition. She used social media to grow the brand, and in the process became an expert on engagement, including making connections, running contests and jumping on trends. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee.
EliasSenior Copy Writer and Editor
Elias has experience with creative blog writing, content writing for websites, social media marketing, and SEO content management best practices. Elias develops content for our social media campaigns, including posts and SEO optimized blogs. He holds an MA in English from the University of Rochester where he studied literature and a BA in English from Illinois State University where he studied writing, language, and literature.
NicoleMarketing Analyst
Nicole’s background includes working in creative teams with members of marketing and client management to conceive and construct content. She has formulated interviews with marketing and media professionals to generate relevant pull quotes and author informative articles on industry thought leaders. She has managed social media campaign content including relevant KPIs and brand strategy. She has overseen content SEO strategy for blog postings. She has also worked as an editor and has had her own work published in several magazines. Nicole has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Journalism.
DruMarketing Analyst
Dru handles market research, business planning and strategy projects for our clients. She has a background in non-profit growth via social giving, financial forecasting and budgeting, benchmarking, financial services, and a wide variety of small business startup growth plans. Drew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and an MBA from Drexel University.
BrandonPay-Per-Click Consultant
Brandon has over 8 years of experience in pay-per-click marketing. He specializes in Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook, and multiple types of re-marketing through Google Adroll. Brandon is Google Certified.
JohnMarketing Analyst
John has a background in both creative writing (ten years) and in technical writing (three years). His experience ranges from article and column writing to blog posting to job aids/manuals and document creation. John holds Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Salisbury University where multiple research papers inspired a love of writing. He is a former soldier in the Army Reserve and we thank him for his service. John does copywriting for email drip campaigns, ad copy and website content as well as solutions support.
CharlesSocial Media and Graphic Design
Charles has a background in print and graphic design, including user interface and experience design (UI/UX), branding, and motion graphics.
He is highly creative at developing presentations, document layouts, infographics and logo design. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Wartburg College.
MarkPhotographer, Videographer and Producer
Mark is an 18 year veteran photographer, videographer and producer with work on 5 continents under his belt. His work includes projects for brands such as Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Red Stripe, Ciroc, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Bacardi, Dewars, Watch You Want, E&J Gallo, City Of Chicago, and Firefly Mobile. Mark manages and produces our photo shoots and monthly social media video.

You may reach her by phone or text and we will provide you a special email that will automatically open a task for her to manage so requests don’t fall through the cracks.
  • You will be given access to our client portal where we will track open action items, status and post reports. You may open tasks for us here as well.
