Diane Moura, BCom., MBAExecutive Partner
Diane is a passionate executive business consultant with 25 years experience in CRM, marketing and process optimization consulting and over 30 years business experience in the U.S., Canada, England, Australia and Latin America, where she has consulted with 30 of the Fortune 500.  She has personally facilitated over 100 strategy workshops from vision and mission to business strategy and processes, incorporating decision analytics, statistical models and data.  She has a proven track record in financial and cultural turnarounds and has successfully led sales teams to close deals to $100 million.  She has managed teams up to 300 people and annual budgets to $20 million.  Diane speaks English, French and Portuguese.
StephanieSenior Social Media & Strategy Consultant
Stephanie began her career in Corporate America, working for brands such as Nestle, PepsiCo and Mars. In 2011 she launched Tennessee’s first cold-pressed juicery where she grew sales to over $2MM over 3 years, sold the business and remained on for a year to consult with the new owners on the transition. She used social media to grow the brand, and in the process became an expert on engagement, including making connections, running contests and jumping on trends. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee.
MaxDigital Marketing Consultant
Max has 16 years of experience in marketing, including online media, pay-per-click campaigns, audio and video, display ads, events, web data and digital marketing. Max has worked with a variety of industry clients including education, real estate, digital media, green and socially responsible businesses, financial services and real estate. Originally from Mexico and fluent in Spanish, Max has worked at agencies in New York and Miami. His clients have included from small business to members of the Fortune 500. Max is also an Adjunct Professor at Miami-Dade College where he teaches Digital Marketing, International Marketing and Principles of Management. Max holds a B.A.Sc. in Marketing from the University of Arizona, and an M.B.A. from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

EliasSenior Copy Writer and Editor
Elias has experience with creative blog writing, content writing for websites, social media marketing, and SEO content management best practices. Elias develops content for our social media campaigns, including posts and SEO optimized blogs. He holds an MA in English from the University of Rochester where he studied literature and a BA in English from Illinois State University where he studied writing, language, and literature.
NicoleMarketing Analyst
Nicole’s background includes working in creative teams with members of marketing and client management to conceive and construct content. She has formulated interviews with marketing and media professionals to generate relevant pull quotes and author informative articles on industry thought leaders. She has managed social media campaign content including relevant KPIs and brand strategy. She has overseen content SEO strategy for blog postings. She has also worked as an editor and has had her own work published in several magazines. Nicole has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Journalism.

Brandon has over 8 years of experience in pay-per-click marketing. He specializes in Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook, and multiple types of re-marketing through Google Adroll. Brandon is Google Certified.
GabrielMarketing Analyst
Gabriel has experience in in print, digital, video, email marketing and web design, branding, and social media. He has worked with corporate brands including Pepsi, Splenda, Mountain Dew, RG Premiere Bank, General Electric, Viendomovies, Flix Latino and more. His background includes international film festivals and interviews. He holds a B.A. in Graphic Design and Computer Animation from Atlantic College and a Sound Engineering Certificate.
MarkPhotographer, Videographer and Producer
Mark is an 18 year veteran photographer, videographer and producer with work on 5 continents under his belt. His work includes projects for brands such as Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Red Stripe, Ciroc, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Bacardi, Dewars, Watch You Want, E&J Gallo, City Of Chicago, and Firefly Mobile. Mark manages and produces our photo shoots and monthly social media video.
JagWeb Development Team Lead
Jag has 10 years of web development experience in WordPress, building custom applications and websites from scratch, theme and plugin development, Shopify and BigCommerce eCommerce stores, integrating payment gateways, social media and other third party services, resolving bugs and providing ongoing support for websites. Jag’s development language experience includes Php, Mysql, Html, Css, Html5, Css3, Javascript. Jag leads our web development team.
NavCRM Technical Analyst
Nav is a technical expert in Agile CRM, Hubspot, Infusionsoft and Zoho Consulting and Implementation. His experience includes consulting around end-to-end CRM solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Service departments, with a focus on providing tools that aid in increasing revenue, improving customer satisfaction, reducing costs, and driving more efficient processes. His background includes standards compliant XHTML, CSS and DOM manipulation through javascript and jQuery. He also has experience with Content Management Systems and software including Photoshop and Hubspot COS (Certified in COS).
JahangirFinancial Analyst
Jahangir is a CPA and Bookkeeper with an M.B.A. in Finance and over 8 years of financial experience. He is certified in Oracle Financials R12, SAP FICO (financial accounting and controlling), QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, Xero, Sage One, Freshbooks, Wave, LivePlan, Zoho Books, Bill.com, Gusto, T-sheets, Chaser, Saasu, and Hubdoc. Jahangir works on the financial statements for our business plans as well as ZenChange project accounting.
AriannaMarketing Analyst Intern
Arianna is a pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan. Her education and internships have provided experience in data analytics, pattern analysis, work efficiency and process. Arianna is fluent in Spanish.
