Diane leads our firm’s overall strategy, growth, consulting and marketing automation practice.

Diane is a passionate executive business consultant with 30 years of business and financial management experience from Corporate America to Small Business in the U.S., Canada, England, Australia and Latin America.  She has expertise in corporate planning, product management, marketing, CRM, sales, operations, customer service, credit and collections.  A thought leader with the versatility to set a compelling organizational vision and align with performers at all levels to guide execution, she moves easily from high level strategy to operational details.  She is an expert facilitator able to bridge the communication gap between diverse groups to ensure clarity and consensus and has personally facilitated over 100 workshops.  She has a proven track record in financial and cultural turnarounds and has successfully led sales teams to close high 8 figure deals.  She has managed teams up to 300 people and budgets to $20 million.  Diane speaks English, French and Portuguese.

She makes sure that our operations run smoothly and content is produced on time and with the highest quality. She also leads our web content writing projects and all things content related. Kemari is an intuitive writer, bestselling editor, namer, and publishing maven. Her personal credo is “words are my religion” and she truly lives it daily!
Andrew Avery

Andrew leads our web development team and is responsible for making sure our clients have a beautiful online presence they can be proud of. He helps clients with everything from a new website, to small changes they may need to their existing website, to ad hoc assistance with their Google presence. He also helps out with our Marketing Automation and SEO projects. Andrew has a great blend of technical and business savvy when it comes to online strategy.

Scott leads our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) audits and ongoing consulting projects.

Scott is an online media expert with more than 30 years of experience as a writer, editor and online general manager. He spent 21 years of his career at Cox Enterprises and Media General, two of the largest media companies in the U.S. Bateman launched the first public Website for Cox Enterprises in 1995 and led the company’s Internet oper- ations at a Seattle TV station, Dayton newspaper and TV station, and Virginia Beach cable operation. He left Cox for Media General in 2002 and was responsible for all of that company’s 30 Web sites in Virginia, a staff of nearly 50 people and a highly profitable operation. He left Media General in 2007 to fulfill a longtime goal of launching his own Internet publishing and consulting business. His consulting and project management expertise covers all major functions of online general management including content, finance, marketing, advertising, and strategic planning.
