Founder and CEO

Diane is a passionate executive business consultant with 25 years experience in CRM, marketing and process optimization consulting and over 30 years business experience in the U.S., Canada, England, Australia and Latin America, where she has consulted with 30 of the Fortune 500. She has personally facilitated over 100 strategy workshops from vision and mission to business strategy and processes, incorporating decision analytics, statistical models and data. She has a proven track record in financial and cultural turnarounds and has successfully led sales teams to close deals to $100 million. She has managed teams up to 300 people and annual budgets to $20 million. Diane speaks English, French and Portuguese. Diane holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors and an MBA.


VP of Creative Strategy

Mallory has over 16 years of marketing experience with more than 100 successful small business marketing campaigns under her belt. She has worked in eCommerce, reputation management, email campaigns, paid campaigns and social media across multiple industries including healthcare, retail and entertainment. She holds a degree in Public Communications from the University of Vermont. In her spare time Mallory is an Instagram Lifestyle Influencer and has her own non-profit supporting dog rescue.


Chief Counsel

Moises is an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with expertise in contract law and intellectual property. Moises oversees all legal transactions of the firm and provides guidance on business and contractual structure. Moises holds a J.D. Law from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.



Juan provides strategic financial guidance to the firm. Juan has helped pioneer the use of advanced auditing techniques which helps reduce time and improve efficiency. Juan is constantly challenging the status quo by experimenting with the integration of the latest technology such as artificial intelligence, data analytics and blockchain. Juan holds a Master in Accounting from FIU and a CPA designation.

Web Director

Dedicated to technology, with a passion in web development, Rans is fully immersed in the latest trends of website security, functionality, design and content. As an seasoned HTML developer, Rans works directly with the development team to ensure quality. With a design background in graphic arts and motion graphics, Rans has produced creative content for large corporations and small businesses for their corporate identities, marketing, and digital presence. Communications and customer relations expert, project management and detailed task oriented, Rans is groomed to take on the challenge of any task in front of him.


Account Manager & Social PPC

Nick is an experienced marketer with expertise in funnel management and high converting Facebook ad campaigns across more than 40 industries.  He works with our clients to optimize their social media sites and design campaigns that generate leads and new members, create email follow up campaigns and chat bot support.  Nick is also an experienced videographer and editor.  He manages several of our client accounts.


Art Director

Alex is a talented digital artist who has brought her unique drawings and designs to brands around the world.  She oversees and creates digital artwork, client style guides, and ensures that the designs we produce are consistent with client brands.  Alex leads the artistic development of logos, branded presentations, social media artwork, ad artwork and website mockups. In fact, these cool drawing of our team on this page are her handiwork!


Marketing Editor

Elias oversees the talented writers on our team and is responsible for QA.  He has experience with creative blog writing, content writing for websites, newsletters and SEO content management best practices. Elias develops content for SEO optimized blogs, CRM drip campaigns, ebooks and articles. He holds an MA in English from the University of Rochester where he studied literature and a BA in English from Illinois State University where he studied writing, language, and literature.


Solutions Architect

Alejandra is an experienced content creator across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.  She has planned small business educational events for the Cambridge Innovation Center from content planning to promotion.  She has used inbound, social and influencer relations to build brands, and built a marketplace that supports local artisans in Nicaragua.  She is also experienced in hospitality and contributed to the Setai receiving its 5th star.  Ale is fluent in English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.  She is an Instagram influencer.


Marketing Analyst

Bailey is an experienced social media marketer with experience across multiple industries including ecommerce, law and legal, health and wellness, food and beverage, and more. She works with ZenChange clients to develop a cohesive brand presence across all their social media channels and helps to amplify their message online.


Social Media Strategist

Karla is a skilled social media strategist. She has developed and executed strategies for small and large businesses in different industries during her career, including fashion, healthcare, and others across various platforms. Karla is fluent in English and Spanish. She holds a Bachelors’s Degree in Advertising and Public Relations and an MBA in Marketing.


Executive Assistant

Norie helps keep the wheels on the bus here at ZenChange!  She makes sure that our client communications are flowing, manages passwords, helps with QA, calendars, our CRM, folders, client brand guides and training organization.  Norie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.



Victoria is a part of the writing team here at ZenChange. She writes blogs, website copy, and email campaigns to highlight brand stories and expertise. She has previously worked with beauty businesses on developing robust SEO-optimized blogs and consumer-focused websites. Victoria holds a BA in Editing, Writing, and Media from Florida State University.


Project Task Administrator

Amanda makes sure that none of our thousands of requests fall through the cracks. She watches all of our tasks and keeps on top of the due dates and any roadblocks to help our Account Managers succeed. Amanda’s background includes many years of experience in customer service and team management. She is particularly organized and detail-oriented.


Financial Analyst

Jahangir is a CPA and Bookkeeper with an M.B.A. in Finance and over 8 years of financial experience. He is certified in Oracle Financials R12, SAP FICO (financial accounting and controlling), QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, Xero, Sage One, Freshbooks, Wave, LivePlan, Zoho Books, Bill.com, Gusto, T-sheets, Chaser, Saasu, and Hubdoc. Jahangir works on the financial statements for our business plans as well as ZenChange project accounting.
